Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use the Alturian website.

Last updated 20 October 2026

Our aim

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, so that it works for people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we have done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip straight to the content.
  • Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels, so screen readers can describe them.
  • Text and controls are designed for strong colour contrast, and the text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • If you have asked your device to reduce motion, the website turns off its animations and scroll effects.
  • The contact form labels every field and explains any error next to the field it applies to.
  • Each page is available in English, 繁體中文, Bahasa Indonesia and Tiếng Việt, and declares its language so that screen readers pronounce it correctly.

Known limitations

Screenshots of the Group businesses’ websites are shown as pictures, so the text inside them is not read out. The same information is given in the text beside them. The businesses’ own websites are operated by separate companies and are not covered by this statement.
