Who we are
This website is operated by Alturian HK Limited, Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong S.A.R (“Alturian”, “we”, “us”). Alturian is the holding company of a group that includes Lumona Pte Ltd, The Big Rich Group Sdn Bhd, PT HGI and Vietnam International Software Solutions Company Limited.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (if you give it), the subject you choose and your message.
- Emails and applications. When you email us, including to apply for a role, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your CV.
- Technical data. Our servers record the requests made to this website, including your IP address and browser, to keep it secure and working. We use two essential cookies, a session cookie and a security token, so the contact form can be sent securely. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our cookie notice lists them.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, to consider your application for a role, and to protect this website from misuse. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry may be shared within the Group when another Group company is best placed to respond, including companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. We also use service providers to host this website and deliver email, who process data only on our instructions. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications only for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which we delete them.
Your rights
Under the data protection laws that apply to us, including Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Depending on where you are, you may also have the right to withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data.
